Undertaking this module will enable you to understand the processes behind Incident Investigation in the Workplace, referencing and analysing health & safety documentation and making short, medium and long term recommendations in respect of negligence in procedures which have led to an incident.
This module allows you an opportunity to pursue work in industry acting as an independent investigator where you may be engaged by a solicitor in an investigation where claims may be brought in an employee to employer situation and vice versa where an employer may engage you to determine whether a claimant may have had duty of care to themselves.
