Welcome to Amalgam Training already a nationally & internationally renowned provider of incident/fraud/claims investigation techniques and procedures.

Whilst Amalgam Training was a brand new entity incorporated in 2010 the principles can be firmly established as far back as 1998 when Dean Hyde our resident consultant expert started out as an investigator and along with his wife Lin developed a course in Incident, Fraud & Claims Investigation and subsequently the first ever national qualification the Level 4 Certificate in Incident, Fraud & Claims Investigation.

How we as a new entity came to be delivering the only national qualification in incident. fraud & claims investigation?

A.L.M Training was established as a training company in 2000 and incorporated in 2002, borne out of Accident Liability management - an accident investigation company, which was founded in 1998 from Hyaccin and limited in 2001 by Dean Hyde who now heads up Amalgam Training as our resident consultant expert.

Both companies provided training and work and the dynamic management team at Accident Liability Management envisaged a time when the Personal Injury sector would be regulated much the same as the financial services, Insurance & Legal industries.

Recognising a need for quality training within this industry, the team (Dean & Lin Hyde) set about developing a course which would be the students passport to success. The course was a culmination of many facets, which meant that Dean would be undertaking every single course available within this type of industry, and learning from those training providers and making ALM's training course the best possible available in the UK today.

ALM Training was liquidated in 2010 and the intellectual property rights and accreditation to deliver the national qualification were obtained by Amalgam Training in 2010, all the previous candidates of ALM Training were continually supported by the new entity so that they could complete their qualification. The national work providers continued to pledge their support in recruiting successful candidates as the existing lecturing and admin team also moved to Amalgam.

Amalgam's hunger for success since it's incorporation has led to many new agreements with recognised awarding bodies, work providers and government bodies, so that today any student of Amalgam can be assured that our training is unsurpassed.

Our commitment to our students ensures that their training will remain the best in the UK today and will continue to be our students passport to success. Amalgam has developed further into the field of Insurance Claims investigation as well as Personal Injury claims investigation & procedures.
